Go In Minutes's Customer Support Programme is a voluntary contribution programme. Pick a tier, log a contribution, and we'll record a per-customer credit in the launch wallet. The credit unlocks per-checkout discounts on the day the platform goes live in your patch.
This is not a regulated fund and the contribution is not a financial return. Suppliers (hosts, riders, cooks) are not promised a financial return in exchange for participating — the platform pays via the in-app earnings view.
Sign in first to log a contribution — every reference is tied to the same account customers, hosts and riders use.
Confirmation emails come from go-in-minutes@polsia.app — the same inbox customers and suppliers read.
Pick a tier · log a contribution
Each tier unlocks tracked credits in the launch wallet. The amount can be picked from the cards below, or typed directly into the form. The credit is recorded as future-discount per contributor — never as a financial return.

A note on how this works
We've spelled out exactly what the Customer Support Programme is, what the reward is, and what it isn't. Read this before logging a contribution.
This is a voluntary contribution programme — it is not an investment, not an offer of securities, and not a contract for future reward. Contributors cannot claim a financial return.
The “reward” is a tracked credit in the launch wallet, cap-limited, recorded per contributor, and not withdrawable for cash.
The full regulatory-style disclosure paragraph also appears in your confirmation email — keep the reference id from go-in-minutes@polsia.app for any future correspondence with the team.
The public ledger
Every tier-valid contribution is logged here in the open. The contributor's first name appears beside their tier and the date — but their email and free-text message stay with the Handsel team only.

How a contribution lands
We've designed the programme so a contributor is never silently opted in, and so a contributor knows exactly what they have to spend.
The Support Programme is opt-in, with no obligation. We are not a regulated fund, the contribution is not an investment, and contributors cannot claim a financial return.
Your contribution unlocks tracked credits in the in-app wallet, usable at checkout. Credits are cap-limited, not withdrawable for cash, and recorded per contributor.
We issue a unique SP-XXXX-XXXX reference id for each contribution. The same reference appears in the receipts we email from go-in-minutes@polsia.app.
Pick £5, £10 or £25 to set the size of your in-app credit. Logged to the same account riders, customers, hosts and cooks use — so the credit is yours to use on the launch day, not a stranger.
